France – Bread – Lot n°2 - marché fourniture de pain pour les sites de restauration scolaire de la ville du Havre

- Form of the framework agreement (cf. art 2-3 of the consultation regulation) The present consultation will result in the establishment of a single-supplier framework agreement with purchase orders setting out all the contractual terms and conditions and executed as and when purchase orders are issued. The prices of the services are the subject of a framework agreement with unit prices. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum annual amount and with a maximum annual amount set at 86 000 euros excl. VAT for lot 2. The maximum amounts are contractual.

- Lot (cf. art 4-1-1 of the consultation regulation) Lot No. 2 was part of an overall consultation divided into 5 lots; this was declared unfruitful at the tender evaluation board meeting held on 12 June 2026. The consultation is relaunched as a single lot, which will be the subject of a framework agreement. The geographical sector representing lot 2 is specified in Annex 1.
