Through the procurement of tool kits and vehicle equipment, the safety, efficiency, and compliance of PRAM, MT-JT, IT, LEA, and MOP verification, operation, and maintenance activities will be ensured, guaranteeing the availability of adequate equipment for on-site operational interventions. Estimated minimum and maximum quantities of the framework agreements: According to the quantity annexes related to Lot 1 and Lot 2, attached to this documentation. Estimated minimum and maximum quantities of the subsequent contracts: According to the quantity annexes related to Lot 1 and Lot 2, attached to this documentation. Frequency of the subsequent contracts to be awarded: According to the award documentation, namely one subsequent contract per year. Estimated value of the largest subsequent contract related to Lot 1 – Equipment kits for electricians and vehicles: 3,807,568.16 Lei excl. VAT. Estimated value of the largest subsequent contract related to Lot 2 – Tool kits for electricians: 5,067,587.71 Lei excl. VAT. The maximum number of lots that can be awarded to a tenderer is: 2. The contracting entity will clearly respond to all requests for clarification or additional information by the 11th day, before the deadline set for the submission of participation requests, in accordance with Article 173(1) of Law 99/2016, as amended. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting participation requests/offer: 19 days. The consolidated response to any requests for clarification of the award documentation will be published in SEAP. The contracting entity reserves the right to transmit two consolidated responses for each stage, in accordance with the provisions of Article 172(2) and Article 173(1) of Law No. 99/2016, as follows: – a first consolidated response, sent no later than the 11th day before the initial deadline for the submission of participation requests/offer; – a second consolidated response, sent no later than the 11th day before the modified deadline for the submission of participation requests/offer, in the event that the deadline for the submission of participation requests/offer is extended, under the conditions of Article 163 of Law No. 99/2016.
