France – Repair and maintenance services of central heating – Marché d’exploitation de maintenance des installations CVC du patrimoine de Grigny

Contract for the operation and maintenance of the HVAC systems of the Grigny estate. The consultation concerns the operation and maintenance of the HVAC installations of the communal buildings of the City of Grigny. The contract includes the following services:

• P1: Supply of energy (biomass) and management of supply on a single site

• P2: Maintenance, operation, monitoring and control of technical installations (including supply of water treatment products)

• P3 (GER): Major maintenance, renewal and total guarantee of the installations

• P3 (mandatory works): Renewal plan and mandatory works

• P5: Ancillary works: Ancillary works carried out as part of the contract
