DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF PROCUREMENT: Spare parts are needed for the purposes of regular maintenance, repairs, servicing and overhaul maintenance. The procurement includes the supply of parts with technical characteristics for all systems and subsystems of the asphalt base. Among them are specified mechanical parts, electrical components, pneumatic components, transport and metering elements and assemblies, parts of the burner heating system, parts of the drying, mixing, filtering, screening system. The buyer has an active framework agreement for this subject of procurement, which lasts until 04.11.2026. The framework agreement that the buyer will conclude on the basis of this public procurement procedure will start to be used upon the expiry or financial exhaustion of the aforementioned active framework agreement. The buyer in this procurement procedure does not require the delivery of additional documents/proofs other than those requested/prescribed by this procurement documentation. The tenderer is obliged to deliver the goods requested in the bill of quantities, or the goods that will be delivered on the basis of this completed procurement procedure must comply with the technical characteristics from the bill of quantities, and the buyer will also check this in the phase of execution of the framework agreement/public procurement contract concluded on the basis of the framework agreement.
