Bulgaria – Vehicles for refuse – „Доставка на специален автомобил за събиране на отпадъци, тип вариопреса, фабрично нов, чрез директна покупка“

The subject of the contract is "Delivery of a special waste collection vehicle, type variopress, factory new, by direct purchase". The present public procurement includes the delivery of 1 unit of a factory new special waste collection vehicle, type variopress (base vehicle and body), manufactured no earlier than 2024, which must possess the minimum technical characteristics listed below. The vehicle and its body must comply with all applicable Bulgarian legislative acts, European directives, regulations and rules. Upon delivery of the vehicle and its body, all accompanying documents necessary for their further use must be provided, such as certificates, permits, operating instructions in Bulgarian, warranty booklet, as well as all documents required according to ZDP and the applicable subordinate normative acts. The execution of the contract includes delivery and warranty service and maintenance. All costs for the elimination of warranty damages and/or non-conformities during the proposed warranty period are at the expense of the Contractor. The execution of the contract also includes the obligation for the contractor to register the vehicle in the KAT on behalf of and at the expense of the Client. The delivered specialized equipment is for the needs of the OP Chistota, Lom. A detailed description of the specialized equipment is contained in the technical specification attached to the documentation.
