Czechia – Heat-exchange units, air-conditioning and refrigerating equipment, and filtering machinery – Rámcová dohoda – Dodávky a servis chladícího zařízení na ČS

The subject of the tender procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement pursuant to Section 131 of the Public Procurement Act (ZZVZ) between the contracting authority and several suppliers, where individual contracts will be awarded by a procedure with a competition renewal among the participants of the framework agreement in accordance with Section 132(3)(a) of the ZZVZ. The subject of the framework agreement, or the subject of the individual contracts awarded in accordance with and based on the agreement, will be the provision of services consisting especially of: - supply of new cooling or freezing equipment on the ČS (hereinafter referred to as "equipment"); - provision and performance of warranty service for cooling or freezing equipment for a warranty period of 60 months from the date of acceptance of the equipment by the contracting authority; - provision and performance of out-of-warranty service for the equipment for a period of 60 months from the date of acceptance of the equipment by the contracting authority; out-of-warranty service also includes the supply of spare parts for the equipment at the usual market price; - provision and performance of post-warranty service for the equipment for a period of 72 months from the expiry of the warranty of the equipment; post-warranty service also includes the supply of spare parts for the equipment at the usual market price; - provision and performance of post-warranty service for the existing cooling and freezing equipment of the contracting authority on the ČS (hereinafter referred to as "existing equipment") with a warranty period of 6 months from the date of service of the specific equipment; post-warranty service of the existing equipment also includes the supply of spare parts for the equipment at the usual market price.
