France – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Recrutement de la maîtrise d'oeuvre dans le cadre du projet de modernisation de l'amphithéâtre Poincaré sur le site Descartes du MESRE

The present contract concerns the selection of a design team for the redevelopment and modernisation of the Poincaré auditorium on the Descartes site of the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Space. The operation is located on the historic site of the École Polytechnique in the 5th arrondissement of Paris and primarily concerns the rehabilitation and modernisation of the Poincaré auditorium, with an area of approximately 290 m² and 200 seats. The accessibility, the reception hall and the ancillary premises (control room, lecturers' lodge, sanitary blocks) are also part of the scope of the operation. The works will be carried out on a live site with the activity maintained.
