Bulgaria – Medical equipments – „Доставка на медицинска апаратура и оборудване за нуждите на УМБАЛСМ „Н. И. Пирогов” ЕАД – част 11“

The estimated value of the public procurement is 39 335,10 (thirty-nine thousand three hundred and thirty-five euros and ten cents) euros excluding VAT, distributed by separate positions, as follows:

Separate Position № 1 - "ECG Holter recorder for the needs of the Cardiology Clinic – 3 units" – 4 923,00 euros excluding VAT.

Separate Position № 2 - "Thermal medical printer for printing diagnostic images for the needs of the Diagnostic Imaging Clinic and the Intensive Care Unit – Children – 2 units" – 1 655,00 euros excluding VAT.

Separate Position № 3 - "Mobile infusion stands for the needs of the Burn and Plastic Surgery Unit – Adults – 12 units" – 1 629,60 euros excluding VAT.

Separate Position № 4 - "Rotary infusion bonding machine for the needs of OAIL-NH – 2 units" – 12 340,00 euros excluding VAT.

Separate Position № 5 - "Ultrasound energy generator – 1 unit" – 6 625,00 euros excluding VAT.

Separate Position № 6 - "Purchase of a needle holder for the available Stryker System 4 drill for the needs of the Pediatric Trauma Unit" – 1 860,00 euros excluding VAT.

Separate Position № 7 - "Electrocautery device with mono and bipolar current for the needs of the Shock Room – Adults to MSO and for CAIL – 2 units" – 2 500,00 euros excluding VAT.

Separate Position № 8 - "ECG device for the needs of the Multiprofile Emergency Unit" – 6 500,00 euros excluding VAT.

Separate Position № 9 - "Equipment for endoscopic surgery for the needs of the Operative Gynecology Unit" – 1 302,50 euros excluding VAT.

Given the above, the estimated value of:

Separate Position № 8 is 16,52% of the total estimated value;

Since the estimated value of SP № 8 is less than 25 564,59 euros excluding VAT, it falls within the scope of application of art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the PPA. In view of the foregoing and pursuant to art. 21, para. 6 of the PPA, Separate Position № 8 will be entrusted in accordance with art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the PPA – by direct assignment.

Separate Position № 9 is 3,31% of the total estimated value;

Since the estimated value of SP № 9 is less than 25 564,59 euros excluding VAT, it falls within the scope of application of art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the PPA. In view of the foregoing and pursuant to art. 21, para. 6 of the PPA, Separate Position № 9 will be entrusted in accordance with art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the PPA – by direct assignment.

The estimated value of the current public procurement (Separate Position № 1 - 7) is in the amount of 31 532,60 (thirty-one thousand five hundred and thirty-two euros and sixty cents) euros excluding VAT.

Validity period of the offers: 6 (six) months, counted from the final deadline for receiving the offers. When examining the offers, the appointed commission will apply the so-called "reverse order", pursuant to art. 104, para. 2 of the PPA, in connection with art. 61 of the PPA. The technical and price proposals of the participants will be examined before the documents for certification of personal status and selection criteria. The contracting authority sets a requirement for the completeness of the offers. The contractor guarantees the performance of the obligations arising from this Contract with a performance guarantee, in the amount of 5% (five percent) of the total value of the Contract excluding VAT.
