The subject of the contract is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of a sanitary sewer network, including lateral connections, on ul. Skwerowa in Łódź, approximately 148 m in length, along with the provision of author's supervision to ensure the conformity of the implemented investment with the project documentation. 2. The subject of the contract shall be executed in accordance with the Description of the subject of the contract, which is Annex No. 8 to the SWZ, and the provisions of the contract project contained in Annex No. 9 to the SWZ.
