The Société Nationale des Chemins de Fer Luxembourgeois (CFL) plans to redevelop the Port of Mertert. This contract notice aims to call for candidates for the civil engineering design services for the feasibility study phase, the APS (Outline Design) phase, the APD (Detailed Design) phase and the execution phase, as well as the works supervision mission for the project concerning the civil engineering works for the renewal of the south quay tracks of the Port of Mertert and the installation of new track equipment near the fuel depot, including the drainage system.
