Germany – Fire station construction work – Planung und Neubau von zwei Feuerwehrhäusern - Totalübernehmer ohne Mietkomponente

The municipality of Winsen (Aller) intends to construct two new fire stations: a main fire station in Winsen (Aller) and a local fire station with basic equipment in Wolthausen, on already available plots of land. The buildings, which will consist of a vehicle hall and other operational necessities such as workshop, storage, and changing areas, will also include an administrative and training area, as well as outdoor facilities for vehicles and training grounds. As part of the planning and construction measures, two modern, functional fire stations with a usable area (NUF) of approximately 1,850 + 420 m² will be created on the approximately 13,000 + 2,000 m² plots. The space program includes, in addition to the 12 + 2 parking spaces according to DIN 14092, workshop areas, rooms for the youth fire brigade, as well as necessary office, social, and teaching spaces. Furthermore, the outdoor facilities, including all the necessary parking spaces for emergencies, entrances and exits, as well as areas for fire-fighting and rescue exercises, are to be planned and constructed. The contractor (AN) will carry out the planning and construction of the project as a total contractor, in accordance with the contract and its annexes, without a rental component.
