1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of an ultrasound (USG) device according to the terms set out in the draft contract provisions and within the timeframe resulting from the concluded contract. 2. The contracting authority requires that the subject of the contract offered must be approved for sale and use, in accordance with the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices. 3. The contracting authority will evaluate the tenders based on the substantive evidentiary means required in Chapter XV, point 1.4 of the SWZ. 4. Reasons for not dividing into lots: It is not possible to divide the contract into smaller parts. The subject of the contract is indivisible - it is a comprehensive delivery and installation of the subject of the contract, i.e. the ultrasound (USG) device at the Institute „Pomnik – Centrum Zdrowia Dziecka“.
