This consultation concerns the awarding of a framework agreement for the management of green spaces and various services related to the conservation or replacement of the public or private landscape heritage of Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines. The services include:

1/ Current management

Current management services include:

- Litter collection, emptying of bins = 5 levels

- Maintenance of furniture = 1 level

- Leaf collection = 3 levels

- Maintenance of impermeable mineral layer = 1 level

- Maintenance of permeable mineral layer = 3 levels

- Lawn management = 3 levels

- Meadow management = 4 levels

- Wildflower meadow management = 1 level

- Shrub mass management = 3 levels

- Specific mass management = 1 level

- Management of hedges with controlled shape = 2 levels

- Management of free-form hedges = 1 level

- Management of the blue network = 1 level

- Tree management = 1 level

2/ Conservation or replacement of landscape heritage services and various services (specific maintenance services):

These services will be the subject of specific orders if necessary to keep the spaces and their equipment in a constant state of cleanliness, health, functioning and use.
