France – Planting and maintenance services of green areas – Entretien et retrait des déchets quartier Rabière, parc de la Rabière, squares et aires de jeux quartier Rabière

The present contract concerns the maintenance of part of the Rabière district, squares, park, play areas, by manual sweeping, marking, leaf blowing, weed removal from pavements, exclusively on public property. The contract is an ordinary contract, with a framework agreement with purchase orders with a maximum. The services are paid for by lump sums for the ordinary part. For the part with purchase orders, the services are remunerated by unit prices, and will be the subject of a purchase order for any additional service. The maximum amount of these services will not exceed 20,000 euro(s) VAT excl. per period, or 40,000 euro(s) over the total duration of the contract. The contract is concluded for an initial period of 2 years, renewable 1 time. The duration of the contract is a maximum of 4 years. The execution of the services as well as the framework agreement begin as from 1 January 2027. Pursuant to Article L. 2113-12 and L. 2113-13 of the Public Procurement Code, the contract is a reserved contract.
