Spain – Technical assistance services – Servicio consistente en trabajos de elaboración, revisión y actualización del inventario general consolidado de la Diputació de Lleida y de sus organismos autónomos

Services consisting of work to create, review and update the General Consolidated Inventory of assets, rights and obligations that make up the heritage of the following entities, regardless of their nature and the title of acquisition or use: a) The Consolidated Inventory of the Diputació de Lleida. b) The Inventory of the Organisme Autònom de Gestió i Recaptació de Tributs Locals (OAGRTL). c) The Inventory of the Institut d'Estudis Ilerdencs (IEI). d) The Inventory of the Patronat de Promoció Econòmica (PROMECO). e) The Inventory of the Patronat de Turisme. The execution of the contract includes the performance of the following tasks, according to the Technical Specifications: 1. Conduct a prior investigation to gather information relating to the assets and rights, except for those already held by the Diputació de Lleida and its autonomous bodies. This part includes consulting information and documentation in registers, archives, cadastre, etc. 2. Complete the electronic record of the asset and create the corresponding electronic file, attaching the information and documentation corresponding to the asset or right, in accordance with the second clause of the PPTP. 3. Transfer to the GPA programme all the assets and rights incorporated into the inventory, along with the corresponding information and documentation. The patrimonial management software of the Diputació de Lleida must contain all the available information about the Entity's Heritage or, at least, the links that lead to it, and must allow for complete searches and obtain lists by all possible data fields, including the processing date. It must also allow for grouping by sub-classes of assets (especially in the case of movable assets), by assignment to predefined uses or by administrative units and by location.
