France – Repair and maintenance services of playground equipment – CONTROLE DU MOBILIER SPORTIF ET DES AIRES DE JEUX (2027-2031)

The framework agreement covers the following inspection missions:

• Sports equipment as defined by standard NP S52-409 and Articles R.322-19 to R.322-26 of the Code du sport. These missions may be extended to sports equipment not covered by these standards,

• Play areas as defined by Decrees No. 94-699 of 10 August 1994 and No. 96-1136 of 18 December 1996,

• Sports/health trails as defined by standard FD S52-903,

• Climbing walls as defined by standard EN 12572,

• Gymnastics apparatus as defined by Article L.421-3 of the Code de la consommation.

For this, the contractor will use its own inspection equipment and enter data into its tracking software. The members of the purchasing group do not wish to acquire software. They only wish for the contractor to transmit the various reports after each inspection mission. The contractor will carry out the main and operational inspections and update its database after each visit. Under no circumstances will the contractor be required to carry out corrective or maintenance operations on the equipment. These operations remain the responsibility of each member of the group. The lists of municipal equipment and materials currently installed are specified in the technical specifications. These may change during the term of the contract. In the case of events and/or specific materials (such as a gymnastics championship, for example), the members of the group may inspect materials that do not fall within the scope of the standards. A purchasing group has been established between the City of Cholet and the communes of Bégrolles-en-Mauges, Cernusson, Cléré-sur-Layon, Coron, La Plaine, La Romagne, La Séguinière, La Tessoualle, Le May-sur-Evre, Les Cerqueux, Maulévrier, Mazières-en-Mauges, Montilliers, Nuaillé, Saint Christophe-du-Bois, Saint-Léger-sous-Cholet, Saint-Paul-du-Bois, Somloire, Trémentines, Vezins, Yzernay.
