Poland – Repair and maintenance services of audio-visual and optical equipment – Serwisowanie i konserwacja systemów zabezpieczenia technicznego zainstalowanych w obiektach Policji województwa lubelskiego

The subject of the contract is the servicing and maintenance of technical security systems, i.e. access control, fire safety, CCTV, ventilation systems, and gates and barriers installed in the premises of the Lubelskie Voivodeship Police. 2. The detailed scope of services is specified in Annexes No. 1.1 – 1.7 (price forms) and in the contract template, which are annexes to the TED. 3. Contract completion period – 36 months from the date of contract signature, where: a) The first service inspection is planned for November and December 2026. The contracting authority expects the service inspection to last 18 (November) or 20 (December) working days (regarding the completion of all tasks specified in the contract in all premises of the Lubelskie Voivodeship Police). If, for reasons beyond the control of the contracting authority, the contract is signed after the specified date for the first service inspection, this date will be accordingly postponed with a guarantee of 18 or 20 working days for the completion of the first service inspection from the date of contract signature. b) The second service inspection is planned for April and May 2027 and similarly in subsequent years.
