Slovenia – Surveying services – Izvajanje geodetskih storitev za obdobje 48 mesecev

The subject of the public contract covers the performance of surveying services for a period of 48 months for the needs of the Municipality of Kranj. The subject of the public contract includes the following services: execution of surveying surveys, boundary markers, surveying plans, parceling, boundary adjustments and other surveying services necessary for the preparation and implementation of municipal investment projects and property management. The exact scope of the public contract cannot be determined by the contracting authority, therefore a framework agreement is concluded. Within the subject of the public contract, the contracting authority will, according to its needs, order various surveying services. The contracting authority will conclude the framework agreement with a maximum of 7 tenderers who will submit admissible and economically most advantageous tenders or with fewer tenderers if fewer than 7 admissible tenders are received. If only one or two tenders are admissible, the contracting authority reserves the right to repeat the public contract due to insufficient competition.
