The subject of this order is the delivery of 5 units of electronic pleural cavity drainage devices as part of the project entitled: "Strengthening the infrastructure potential for the diagnosis and treatment of oncological patients in the SOLO III centre for the Łódź voivodeship." for the Voivodship Multispecialist Oncology and Traumatology Centre named after M. Kopernika in Łódź. The order includes 1 lot. The offer must cover the entire order. The offer must be submitted for all items in the lot for its validity. The purchaser does not allow offers to be submitted for items within the lots. Lot No. 1 – ELECTRONIC PLEURAL CAVITY DRAINAGE DEVICE – 5 units. The subject matter has been detailed in the annex to this SWZ "Summary of technical parameters, warranty conditions and training" – Annex No. 2 and the contract template – Annex No. 7. The subject delivery is co-financed from the funds of the Ministry of Health granted by the Agreement for the implementation of the project entitled: "Strengthening the infrastructure potential for the diagnosis and treatment of oncological patients in the SOLO III centre for the Łódź voivodeship." In this regard, the purchaser envisages the possibility of invalidating the tender procedure in the event of not obtaining the financial resources necessary for the implementation of the undertaking. In accordance with Article 257 and Article 310 of the Public Procurement Law, the purchaser may invalidate the procedure if the public funds, which it intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the order, have not been granted.
