1. The subject of the contract is the delivery, in cash, of pension and retirement benefits and short-term benefits (including sick pay, maternity pay, funeral grants, and one-off compensation) from farmers' social insurance, issued by the organisational units of KRUS, along with any supplements, to the beneficiaries' place of residence, in the form of a transfer, on the condition that the delivery of the benefit to entitled persons will involve delivering the benefit to the address indicated by the Contracting Authority, in accordance with individual payment transfers, upon receipt of a receipt, hereinafter referred to as a "transfer". 2. The benefits referred to in point 1 will be provided in the form of EPE – electronic pension transfer and in the form of PPE – electronic postal transfer. 3. For the purpose of implementing the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to have points for collecting undelivered transfers (notified) to the specified address throughout the country, with at least one such point being available to beneficiaries in each municipality. 4. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor, for the entire period of contract implementation, employs persons performing activities related to the implementation of the subject of the contract in the field of accepting and confirming the correctness of the files sent by the Contracting Authority, on the basis of an employment contract, if the performance of these activities involves performing work in the manner specified in Article 22(1) of the Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended), for remuneration not lower than the minimum wage for work, converted to a full-time equivalent, determined on the basis of the Act of 10 October 2002 on the minimum wage for work (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1773). 5. The Contractor is obliged to implement the subject of the contract no earlier than from 1 January 2027 until 31 December 2028 or until the maximum value of the contract is exhausted, whichever of these events occurs earlier. 6.
