Germany – Architectural services for buildings – Erweiterung Gymnasium Raubling

The Inntal-Gymnasium Raubling is experiencing increasing student numbers. Currently, 6 classes are accommodated in space cell containers. To address this situation, an extension is to be built onto the east wing of the school. The extension is to be two-storey, adjoining the existing ground floor (EG) and first floor (OG) to the east, and the previously single-span structure is to be converted into a double-span structure. The method of construction has not yet been determined, and a timber or timber hybrid construction method is not ruled out. The building is to have a pitched roof. Additionally, minor alterations are to be made to the existing building. The previously delicate architectural language in some areas is to be continued. Fire safety certificates, energy performance certificates and building physics certificates are to be provided by third parties. An extension in the area of 1,500 m² gross floor area (BGF) is conceivable. The project is to be funded with funds from the FAG funding of the Free State of Bavaria.
