Description

The subject of the procurement is the preparation of MKP calculation models, processing of dynamic transition analysis of response and development of floor response spectra in absolute acceleration of safety-significant building structures of the Mochovce Nuclear Power Plant for loading by seismic motion of the subsoil as determined in the project „Update of the Probabilistic Analysis of Seismic Hazard of the JE V2 J. Bohunice Site and the JE Mochovce Site, 2023. The subject of the procurement within this tender will be procured as a whole and it is not possible to divide it into parts. Reason: By not dividing the subject of the contract into parts, the procuring entity does not hinder or limit the participation of interested parties in the given public procurement, since the law on public procurement allows several ways in which it is possible for those economic entities to participate in the given public procurement, which for various reasons would not be able to fulfill the subject of the procurement as a whole. Since the purpose of the contract is to develop floor spectra of seismic response of the building structure, which subsequently become the input for the design and evaluation of secondary structures within the seismic design, a joint complex solution is necessary. Dividing the subject of the contract into parts would not achieve the above-mentioned goal and thus dividing the contract into parts is uneconomical and impractical from the point of view of the procuring entity's interests. In addition to economic reasons, dividing the subject of the contract would mean unnecessary and disproportionate organizational burden for the procuring entity in connection with the implementation of the contract. A higher number of suppliers would require significantly higher demands on the coordination and management of the processes of contract implementation and also the enforcement of claims within the warranties for the procuring entity. The procuring entity considers all the above reasons to be sufficiently significant to justify procuring the subject of the contract as a single whole. The detailed definition of the individual parts of the subject of the contract, including technical specifications, is part of the annex to these tender documents - „Technical Specification“.
