Germany – Engineering design services for the construction of civil engineering works – Fachplanung Tiefbau und Außenanlagen I Mehrparteienvertrag | Aufbau Kompetenzzentrum KETTE, HIL GmbH

The Federal Republic of Germany intends to restructure the "HIL Werke" (HIL GmbH) located in St. Wendel into the Competence Centre for Tracked Vehicles of the Army (so-called "Kompetenzzentrum KETTE"). In the Competence Centre KETTE, tracked vehicles of the Bundeswehr will be maintained and repaired in the future. For this purpose, new factory and production halls and further buildings, including user-specific facilities - among others - main factory hall for system and component maintenance as well as logistics and service areas (such as goods receipt, spare parts warehouse) - workshop for, among others, turret maintenance - multifunctional building for, among others, initial inspection, track maintenance and final inspection - filling station - system wash bay - carpentry/upsholstery - engine test bench - hall for support areas - administrative building (for administrative tasks) - as well as the outdoor facilities required as part of the complete restructuring of the plant site (including associated civil engineering work and technical infrastructure) are needed at the St. Wendel location. The project will be carried out using integrated project management (IPA) applying a multi-party agreement (MPV).
