Belgium – Office supplies – Groepsaankoop raamovereenkomst voor het leveren van kantoor- en schoolmateriaal

This group purchase concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement with one contractor for the supply of office and school supplies, for a duration of 48 months, to the authorities spread over the operational area of IOK and which are members of the inter-municipal purchasing service of IOK. The term "authorities" refers to: police zones, emergency response zones, OCMW, municipal and city authorities and welfare associations. This is a non-exclusive framework agreement with no obligation to purchase. Consequently, notwithstanding the award and conclusion of the framework agreement by the contracting authority IOK on the basis of the present specifications, the aforementioned authorities are free to order elsewhere during the duration of the contract or to place no order. The contractor may not claim compensation for this.
