Sweden – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Learning Management System

The Swedish National Agency for Education (Skolverket) intends to procure a learning platform (Learning Management System, LMS) for the production, publication, administration and follow-up of training and learning activities for both internal and external target groups. The procurement includes the introduction of the platform, including phased migration from existing systems, integration with adjacent operational systems, training, support and other related services. The procured solution shall constitute a coherent digital learning environment for the authority's competence development efforts.
