The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works on the "Printing House – Transport Infrastructure Upgrade" project, the aim of which is the modernisation and expansion of the transport infrastructure in the area of the former Printing Houses in Košice, in connection with the planned polyfunctional complex WatsoNova. The contracting authority points out that the subject of the contract forms part of a construction project implemented as a single functional and technical unit. The tenderer is obliged to ensure, during the implementation, the coordination of their activities with the contractor CTR WatsoNova s. r. o. and its contractor, to the extent determined by the draft contract for work.
