This contract involves the continuous, predictable and timely supply of overhead line masts and associated drill pipes (pipe foundations) for the overhead line network of trams and metros, with a total length of approximately 250 kilometers. Objective of the Contract: The primary objective is that GVB can have the required materials available throughout the entire duration of the Framework Agreement. This should happen under the following conditions: Market-conform and transparent prices: Prices must be in line with the current market and fully transparent. Compliance with the Specification Programme: All supplied materials must strictly comply with the specifications as laid down in the Specification Programme. High delivery reliability: A consistent and reliable delivery is crucial to guarantee operational continuity. Adherence to agreed delivery times: Deliveries must be made strictly within the agreed delivery times as indicated in the Price List
