The scope of the contract is the performance of cleaning services. The Contracting Authority expects the Contractor to act as a professional and proactive partner in achieving a clean location and a safe living and working environment. The Contractor must have insight and be flexible. This means, for example, that the Contractor is able to anticipate and adjust tasks when a different sequence is more appropriate at a given moment. The Contractor must also have a service-oriented attitude and show respect towards the target group. The Contracting Authority wishes to conclude an Agreement based on performance-oriented/ effort-oriented work programmes.
