Supply of common transport means (electric buses) and charging stations for electric buses. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(1) of Law No. 98/2016, as amended, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 15 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(2) of Law No. 98/2016, as amended, the contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification in one day, namely the 10th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders, through a consolidated response, to the extent that the requests for clarification are submitted within the specified timeframe.
