The objective of the procurement is to arrange deliveries of warehouse products intended for the purchaser's use in a logistically optimized, cost-effective manner, and in such a way that the organisation of deliveries causes the purchaser as little work as possible. The purchaser's objective is to obtain competitive procurement prices for all construction materials to be procured. Partial or alternative tenders are not permitted. The procurement is not divided into parts, as dividing the procurement into parts would significantly increase uncertainties regarding the division of responsibility and the coordination needs of the procurement unit. The purchaser selects one supplier with whom it concludes a contract. The procurement quantities stated in the invitation to tender are estimates, and the contract does not constitute a binding obligation for the purchaser. The contract does not grant the supplier an exclusive right. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in Annex 1 of the invitation to tender. The estimated annual requirement for the products is described in Annex 4 of the invitation to tender. The annual value of the procurement is approximately 250 000 euros (VAT 0%).
