Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – ST 26029 Fachplanung Technische Gebäudeausrüstung, Umbau und Modernisierung des Berufsbildungszentrums Dormagen, Willy-Brandt-Platz 5, 41539 Dormagen

The Rhein-Kreis Neuss intends to renovate and modernise the Berufsbildungszentrum Dormagen (BBZ DO). Two feasibility studies are available. Rhein-Kreis-Neuss is seeking suitable contractors to take over the required architectural and engineering services. The required services will be tendered separately in the following lots:

Lot 1: Building and outdoor facilities planning

Lot 2: Structural design planning

Lot 3: Technical equipment planning

The implementation of the measures will be accompanied by an external project controller. The services for Lot 3 are being tendered with this procedure:

Lot 3: Technical equipment planning

The building dates from the 1970s and requires renovation due to its outdated technical equipment, building fabric, and outdated room layouts. It will be completely gutted down to the concrete skeleton and load-bearing masonry. Subsequently, the facade, roofs, and interiors will be renovated; the same applies to the schoolyard.

Project and planning goals:

All planning should fundamentally pursue the goals mentioned in the project description. In addition, the following planning goals apply in particular:

1. The cost framework must be strictly adhered to.

2. Compliance with the tasks and goals formulated in the funding application and its grant notification.

3. The above-mentioned deadlines for implementing the measures must be met.

4. The goals for sustainable construction must be met, particularly with regard to the requirements of the BNB system.

5. Compliance with the legal requirements for energy efficiency during a renovation and achieving the highest energy efficiency class.

Specialised planning of heating supply systems: The service includes all basic services of the performance phases 1 to 8 of the system group 2 according to § 53 ff or Appendix 15.1 of the HOAI 2021 for all measures related to the renovation and modernisation of the BBZ Dormagen. Specialised planning of air conditioning systems: The service includes all basic services of the performance phases 1 to 8 of the system group 3 according to § 53 ff or Appendix 15.1 of the HOAI 2021 for all measures related to the renovation and modernisation of the BBZ Dormagen. In addition, special services are to be provided, see service description.

Specialised planning of low-voltage systems: The service includes all basic services of the performance phases 1 to 8 of the system group 4 according to § 53 ff or Appendix 15.1 of the HOAI 2021 a) for all measures related to the renovation and modernisation of the BBZ Dormagen, including the outdoor areas b) for all measures related to the construction of the PV system. Specialised planning of telecommunications and information technology systems: The service includes all basic services of the performance phases 1 to 8 of the system group 5 according to § 53 ff or Appendix 15.1 of the HOAI 2021 for all measures related to the renovation and modernisation of the BBZ Dormagen, including the outdoor areas. Specialised planning of conveyor systems: The service includes all basic services of the performance phases 1 to 8 of the system group 6 according to § 53 ff or Appendix 15.1 of the HOAI 2021 for all measures related to the renovation and modernisation of the BBZ Dormagen. Specialised planning of building automation: The service includes all basic services of the performance phases 1 to 8 of the system group 8 according to § 53 ff or Appendix 15.1 of the HOAI 2021 for all measures related to the renovation and modernisation of the BBZ Dormagen, including the outdoor areas and the locking system at the entire school site.
