Renovation of the student residence Les Landes, which currently offers 237 accommodation units distributed across 3 buildings and 1 central building. The objectives of the operation are: Improvement of the comfort of the accommodation, the ergonomics of the furniture, in line with the evolution of student lifestyles. Improvement of energy performance: Achieve a level better than the existing RT with a high-performance thermal envelope, reduce energy consumption and lower costs for residents. Modernisation of common areas: Create new living and conviviality spaces, adapted to contemporary uses and promoting student life. Accessibility and compliance: Adapt the premises to the current accessibility and safety standards, to guarantee the welcome of all publics and offer optimal working conditions for the staff in accordance with the norms of labour law and facilitate the interventions of the agents.
