France – Software supply services – Fourniture, mise en oeuvre et maintenance d'une solution de dépôt et de gestion des dossiers d'urbanisme, des DIA et des DCC, pour les communes de Le Mans Métropole

The services are divided into 2 contracts, namely a standard supply and implementation contract and a framework agreement for maintenance and evolution. The services of the standard contract are governed by a fixed price. The maintenance is awarded through a framework agreement with a maximum amount for 4 years of 140 000,00 euro(s) excl. VAT. These services include, inter alia: - The supply of an IT solution for managing files; - Installation, configuration, any necessary developments; - Assistance with the implementation of the solution, with recommendations for equipment and software component versions (platform, operating system, associated software components); - The recovery of existing data; - The setup and hosting of digital counters for users; - Training for users, technical and functional administrators; - Technical and functional support for the solution; - Evolutive and corrective maintenance of the solution. It is envisaged to shortlist a maximum of 4 candidates, who will be asked to submit an offer.
