Belgium – Agency fuel cards – Achat de carburants via un système de cartes de carburant multimarques

Skeyes wishes to conclude a framework agreement with a single contractor for the purchase of fuels for its vehicle fleet via a multi-brand fuel card system (approximately 100 fuel cards in total). The contract will be awarded for a duration of 4 years. The contract documents will include an annual termination clause. The estimated average annual fuel consumption is as follows: Diesel: approximately 36 000 litres/year EuroSuper 95 petrol: approximately 2,000 litres/year EuroSuper 98 petrol: approximately 9 000 litres/year CNG: approximately 200 litres/year. However, the actual volumes of fuel purchased will depend on skeyes' actual needs during the contract period.
