Germany – Engineering services – Stadt Weißenburg i. Bay.: Erschließungsmaßnahme WG "Stadtnah im Grünen" und GWG "Am Lehenwiesenweg II"

The City of Weißenburg intends to develop the residential area (WG) "Stadtnah im Grünen" and the commercial area (GWG) "Am Lehenwiesenweg II" in a joint measure during the period 2028 to 2030. Development plans are available for both areas. The planned measure is divided into the construction of the drainage system (civil engineering structures according to HOAI § 43) and the road construction (transport facilities according to HOAI § 47) for both areas. Further development measures for the sectors (electricity, water, possibly district heating) will be commissioned by Stadtwerke Weißenburg GmbH and are not part of the VgV procedure. Both areas to be developed are located in the west of Weißenburg, do not directly adjoin each other, but are connected to each other via the jointly used and to be constructed drainage system in the separate system incl. rainwater retention, so that a joint planning is aimed at to utilise synergies. The total construction costs are preliminarily estimated at 8.0 million € net. A detailed description can be found in the tender documents - Annex 01.
