Romania – Repair and maintenance services of liquid pumps – „Servicii de reparatii pentru pompele tip NMV 1000 RA aferente Sistemului Apa Tehnica de Serviciu (RSW-BSI 71310) U1 si U2” - CR # 34635

The procurement concerns repair services for NMV 1000 RA type pumps related to the Technical Service Water System (RSW – BSI 71310) U1 and U2 within a 48-month period (actual provision). Requests for clarification or additional information regarding the award documentation must be submitted by economic operators at least 16 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will only respond to clarification requests submitted by economic operators up to the set deadline. The contracting entity's response to these requests will be communicated in two stages, as follows: 25 days before the deadline for submission of tenders (for requests received 30 days before this date) and on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, for the remaining clarification requests, in accordance with Article 173 of Law No. 99/2016 as amended. ATTENTION!!! THE CONTRACTING ENTITY WILL ONLY RESPOND TO CLARIFICATION REQUESTS SUBMITTED BY ECONOMIC OPERATORS UP TO THE SET DEADLINE (16 DAYS BEFORE THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF TENDERS).
