Denmark – Site-development work – Udbud af Sundmolen Øst - Byggemodning

Development Company By & Havn I/S (hereinafter referred to as "Contracting Authority") is tendering for the construction of Sundmolen Øst, including the execution of infrastructure, a bridge, three urban spaces, including a green urban space on Sundmolen Vest, as well as supply lines and a pump station for HOFOR. The main contract concerns the execution of construction work on Sundmolen Øst and the execution of a green urban space on Sundmolen Vest in the main contract ("the Project"). Furthermore, the main contract partially concerns design as described in the contract's section 6. The Project mainly consists of the execution of supply lines for HOFOR, infrastructure, a bridge and planting. In addition, the Project includes the design and establishment of a pump station. The tendered contract is expected to be executed in the period from November 2026 to June 2028. For a more detailed description of the contract and the tendered Project, the Contracting Authority refers to the complete tender material indicated in the tender conditions' section 2. The Contracting Authority has chosen not to divide the Project into sub-contracts, as it is most appropriate, in view of the Contracting Authority's administration and to minimise interface problems, that the majority of the Project is executed by one and the same contractor.
