The present notice serves to conclude agreements with pharmaceutical companies in the sense of § 130a para. 8 sentence 1 SGB V. The invitation to participate is directed only at pharmaceutical entrepreneurs or associations of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs in the sense of § 4 para. 18 of the Medicinal Products Act. This is not an Open Procedure in accordance with § 15 VgV in conjunction with § 119 para. 3 GWB, but a publication of the invitation to conclude/join discount contracts with conditions fixed and non-negotiable for all participants, including the amount of the discount. There can be an unlimited number of contractual partners, which can be pharmaceutical entrepreneurs or associations of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs in the sense of § 4 para. 18 of the Medicinal Products Act.
