France – Waterproofing work – Marché composite relatif aux travaux d'étanchéité et d'entretien des toitures et des toitures terrasses des bâtiments du Conseil départemental du Val d'Oise (4 lots)

The lump-sum part concerns the maintenance of roofs and roof terraces of buildings. The framework agreement part concerns waterproofing works, in accordance with Articles R. 2162-13 and -14 of the Public Procurement Code, is concluded without a minimum annual amount and with a maximum annual amount of 2 000 000 euro(s) excl. VAT. In the event of additional maintenance not provided for in the DPGF, this may be the subject of a purchase order, based on the amount corresponding to the first pass indicated in the DPGF.
