The subject of the procurement is the maintenance of properties owned by Espoon Asunnot Oy in accordance with Annex 3. The procurement will be conducted through a negotiated procedure. The contracting authority will select one contract partner, with whom an Alliance-type agreement will be made. When the contract partner starts, there are 40 properties, and one year after the start, the number of properties will be increased so that the total number is 71 properties. A 6-year Alliance-type agreement will be made with the selected contract partner. The draft agreement is in Annex 6 of the procurement notice.
