Ecetia wishes to establish a multi-beneficiary framework agreement to ensure the flexible and recurrent execution of various energy-related missions. The Framework Agreement aims to carry out, among others, the following missions: Energy cadastre; Energy quickscan; Energy audit; Feasibility study; Real estate strategy; EMS monitoring study; EMS public procurement; Assistance in the designation of a project author or a design & build contract; Assistance to the project owner for overall project monitoring; Energy certification of public buildings; Punctual technical support missions.
