The subject of the contract consists of the supply of laboratory materials, in accordance with the terms of reference, through the award of a framework agreement with a duration of 48 months. This will be awarded to the first three economic operators ranked in positions 1, 2 and 3, whose admissible tenders have obtained the highest scores based on the award criterion mentioned in section II.2.5 of the tender notice. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarification/additional information, which have been addressed within the time limit provided in the invitation to participate, on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
