Fixed-term works contract - The project involves the installation of a multi-fuel boiler (forest chips, Class A wood, miscanthus...) with a capacity of 300 KW in the recently commissioned boiler room, which was put into service in October 2025 and supplies the Grand Poitiers Urban Heat Network. It was designed to accommodate 2 boilers, the first of which, with a capacity of 5 MW and operating solely on forest chips, is already in operation. The addition of the second boiler is therefore taking place in an operational boiler room. This lot aims to: supply and install a set of hot water piping, valves and equipment for connecting the new "miscanthus" boiler. Installation (supply by Dalkia) of primary/secondary pumps and the pressure decoupling exchanger between the RCU and the boiler. The water supply for extinguishing and cooling the boiler. The compressed air supply to the boiler.
