France – Commissioning of heating installations – Marché d'exploitation des installations collectives de chauffage de la ville de Genlis 2027-2031

The services are paid for by lump sums. The present contract provides for the simultaneous achievement of the following six objectives: 1. The supply of comfort (heating, domestic hot water, ventilation, cooling) described in the articles of the CCP, 2. Operation, i.e. the control and optimisation of the operation of the facilities 3. Maintenance and keeping the equipment (Heating, Domestic Hot Water, Ventilation, Cooling) in good working order, 4. The maintenance of the safety conditions imposed by the various regulations in all the facilities concerned by the maintenance contract, 5. The search for energy savings and compliance with the consumption targets defined in the Act of Commitment. 6. The progressive achievement of the objectives set by the Tertiary Decree.
