1. The subject of the contract is the provision of public transport services in the area of activity of the Jurajski Związek Powiatowo-Gminny „Komunikacja Jurajska”. 2. The scope of the contract includes the provision of regular passenger transport services on the following lines, which are part of the transport network organised by the Jurajski Związek Powiatowo-Gminny „Komunikacja Jurajska”: 1) 151 Częstochowa, Dworzec Autobusowy – Węglowice; 2) 154 Częstochowa, Dworzec Autobusowy – Hutka; 3) 155 Grodzisko – Grodzisko; 4) 156 Przystajń – Grodzisko; 5) 157 Częstochowa, Dworzec Autobusowy – Kuleje; 6) 158 Częstochowa, Dworzec Autobusowy – Przystajń; 7) 159 Puszczew – Puszczew; 8) 501 Truskolasy – Truskolasy; 9) 502 Truskolasy – Truskolasy; 10) 503 Truskolasy – Truskolasy; 11) 504 Węglowice – Węglowice; 12) 505 Wręczyca Wielka – Długi Kąt; 13) 506 Wręczyca Wielka – Wręczyca Wielka; 14) 551 Panki OSP – Panki OSP; 15) 552 Panki OSP – Panki OSP; 16) 553 Panki OSP – Kawki; 17) 554 Panki OSP – Kostki Pierwsze. 3. The subject of the contract must be implemented in accordance with the assumptions specified in the Subject of the Contract (Annex 10 to SWZ) and on the principles and conditions specified in the contract template, including the projected provisions of the contract for the public procurement, which will be incorporated into the text of this contract (Annex 11 to SWZ). All requirements specified in the documents mentioned above constitute minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the tender as non-compliant with the contract conditions pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the Pzp.
