SBH | Schulbau Hamburg has the task of planning, building, maintaining and managing school properties, taking into account the educational needs, according to economic principles, and leasing the approximately 350 schools to the Authority for School and Vocational Training. The school properties include all plots of land and buildings used for educational purposes of the state and vocational schools. The total area of all general and vocational state schools is approximately 9.1 million m² and the main usable area is approximately 3.1 million m². In this capacity, SBH has been commissioned to restructure the Gymnasium Ohmoor site (Sachsenweg 74-76).
