Denmark – Energy-efficiency consultancy services – Udbud af Energistyrelsens Rådgivningstjeneste

The present tender concerns the Danish Energy Agency's Advisory Service (hereinafter the Advisory Service). The Advisory Service has since 2016 assisted homeowners with initial advice on energy efficiency, including replacement of heating systems, renovation of the home and behavioural advice. In recent years, the Advisory Service has also helped citizens apply for the Danish Energy Agency's grant schemes. The purpose of the Advisory Service is to provide Danish citizens with easy access to impartial advice and information on energy consumption and energy-efficient solutions in the home, and to support citizens in implementing energy-efficient measures in their homes. As something new, the Advisory Service will also include small and medium-sized enterprises. The Advisory Service's main activities are telephone and email advice as well as the organisation of local events in cooperation with local actors.
