This framework agreement aims to designate a partner who will enable team leaders to receive, via a web tool, feedback from their own team leader, team members and/or colleagues/peers. By ‘360° feedback’, we mean: a structured feedback process in which a team leader receives feedback based on their self-assessment, but also feedback from their own team leader, team members and peers. It is the National Lottery that determines which groups of respondents are surveyed per feedback cycle. See tender documents to be downloaded on the e-Procurement platform. The selection of candidates will be based on the present selection guide (phase 1). Only the selected candidates will be invited to submit an offer (phase 2). The tender documents of phase 2 are made available for information purposes. The final date mentioned is the deadline for the submission of participation requests (candidature files) only. This means that it is only your response for PHASE 1 (selection phase) that must be submitted on e-Procurement.
