Phase of candidature: Required competencies of the candidate:

1) Architectural studies (carried out by an Architect, and possibly one or more associated architects)

2) Landscape designer

3) Building Environmental Quality (QEB) studies

4) Structural engineering studies

5) Fluid engineering studies including SSI

6) Construction economics

7) Technical studies of earthworks and VRD, deconstruction and demolition

8) Pollution risk management studies

9) Fauna, flora and protected species studies, ecological designer (implementation of environments favorable to biodiversity)

10) Scheduling, Management and Coordination (OPC)

The lead contractor of the consortium must necessarily have the competence in architectural studies. It is forbidden for lead contractors of a consortium to be the lead contractor of other consortia. It is also forbidden for Landscape Designers to be part of several consortia. Each company (SIRET) of Landscape Designers must be part of only one single consortium. The services of the landscape designer cannot be subcontracted.
