The subject of the contract is the Task entitled “Equipping the University Hospital in Krakow with medical equipment for the implementation of tasks related to the protection of the population and civil defence” co-financed from the Population Protection and Civil Defence Programme for the years 2025-2026 – delivery of 3 ultrasound machines including installation, commissioning and staff training. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the SWZ together with the annexes. This description should be read together with any changes to the content of the SWZ, which may result, for example, from the answers given to the contractors' questions. The contract is implemented under the project entitled “Equipping the University Hospital in Krakow with medical equipment for the implementation of tasks related to the protection of the population and civil defence” co-financed from the Population Protection and Civil Defence Programme for the years 2025-2026” - Contract No. 231.4.1/ZI/OLIiOC/2026.
